Password Requirements:
Effective April 2015, passwords for Landscape Structures are required to change every 12 months.

Additional guidelines include:
  • Passwords must be different from your 3 previous passwords
  • Passwords can only be changed once within a 24 hour period
  • Passwords must be at least 8 characters
  • Passwords cannot contain your LSI account user name
  • Passwords must have at least one character from three of the four categories
    • Lowercase
    • Uppercase
    • Number
    • Non-alphabetic characters (!, $, # etc.)
